Intro to Acro Yoga: 3-Week Series - Week 3

Come nail down the fundamentals of Acro Yoga, make new friends, and get an awesome workout in the process!

Each week, we will build on the material covered the previous week in a fun, engaging, and logical way. The 3 week commitment also allows participants to progress as a group, as you work closely with each other, week after week, and establish a sense of community among yourselves.

***Absolutely no experience is needed! Nor do you need to be strong, or flexible or have done lots of (or any) yoga. For real. We will be walking you step by step through the fundamental concepts that will make it possible for even the newest of newbs to find success.

***No partner needed! We will be working in small groups, not pairs, so that there is always a 3rd person to spot. Don't be shy! Come alone and make some new friends!
